Sarah Thornton is Co-Owner of Impact Realty & CFO. She is better known as the “Numbers Queen!” Although tax planning, preparation and bookkeeping has been her focus for the past 15 years, real estate has always been in her blood. Sarah is a 3rd generation real estate professional and spent time as a mortgage underwriter with Provident Funding.

Sarah is a native-born and raised Hoosier from Indianapolis, IN, a Purdue alumnus, with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Counseling, but now calls Murfreesboro home.
Caffeine….only the Starbucks kind….keeps her on her toes! Sarah is a true rockstar with homeschooling her two awesome kids and will usually be found running kids between theater, music lessons, or performances. Sarah is a proud supportive military wife.
