Murfreesboro and Middle Tennessee are great places to live and work, which is why Jessica chose to call it home. With roots in West Tennessee, Jessica came to live here in 2016 and instantly fell in love with the area. As a new homeowner herself, she is passionate about helping other first-time buyers navigate the process. Real estate isn’t her only passion, Jessica frequently volunteers in the community at places such as MTSU and PAWS. With her background in business and Healthcare, she embodies the values of honesty, trust, and making a positive impact for life. We know she will be a great addition to the Impact Realty family. When she is not helping her clients find their dream home, Jessica can be found cheering on the Predators, hiking, or scuba diving. She lives in Murfreesboro with her husband Brandon and their two dogs, Hazel and Maggie.
Transplanted to Murfreesboro by way of MTSU over 20 years ago, Heather cannot imagine calling any other place home. With a lengthy background in the service/restaurant industry, she left her career in HR/Recruiting and landed in real estate in 2012. She thrives on providing clients with a service-focused experience, guiding them through the home-buying/selling process.
Married since 2002, Heather and her husband, Jason, reside with their two children, Carter, and Harper Kate. When they aren’t at school/children’s activities, Heather enjoys decorating and spending time with her family and friends/neighbors. She also remains heavily involved in the Greek community at her alma mater, MTSU – volunteering her time as an advisor for her collegiate chapter there.
Heather is excited to be part of the Impact Realty team and to help serve Middle Tennessee families on their home-buying/selling journeys.
Being in the industry for 15 years now, real estate is Nikki’s absolute passion. She is Co-Owner of this phenomenal family faith-based company, Impact Realty and Maximum Leverage Group, a full service transaction management company. She is also a Licensed Instructor for the TN Real Estate Commission. Mentoring, coaching, and motivating others to achieve their goals and dreams, and encouraging others to be the very best version of themselves…along with details, and dotting i’s and crossing t’s…is Nikki’s thing!! She thrives on multitasking and loves the challenge and sense of pride that the real estate industry gives on a daily basis. The joy of educating her clients through the home buying/selling process and mentoring/training fellow agents is top priority!
On a personal level, she is a true Southern Belle, loves all things pink, but is a true tomboy at heart. A mom of two boys, most of the time you will see her sporting her favorite Mississippi State or Alumni MTSU baseball hat, while running the boys to and from baseball and football stuff! Known to let a few “y’alls” slip from time to time, she has a larger than life personality, always wears a smile on her face, and her mission is helping others.

Dora originally grew up in Louisiana. After graduating high school, she joined the US Army. While serving, she met her husband, who was also enlisted in the military. They have been married for over 20 years and have four children. They now reside in Murfreesboro, TN; previously living in Texas, Washington, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Dora has a small hobby farm and enjoys spending time working on the farm.
After serving in the US Army, she pursued a career in Dental Hygiene, and after having their second child, she and her husband decided to put her career on hold and focus on our family. She is now stepping into the real estate world and ready to serve you and your family!
Chris was born in Las Vegas, Nevada but moved to Chandler, Indiana as a child. After High School, Chris enlisted in the United States Air Force, and just retired after 24 years. After his military career Chris, his wife Emily, youngest daughter and two dogs moved to Manchester, Tennessee. After multiple moves and living in 7 states and 2 countries, Chris understands the value of a good realtor. Real estate purchases are the most expensive purchase most people make in their lifetime. Chris’ mission is to help his clients find the home of their dreams, while ensuring they are getting the best deal possible.
Born and raised right here in Middle Tennessee, Jim Tate has a proven system of successfully marketing houses and properties, negotiating sales and closing transactions. As a Middle Tennessee State University graduate with a degree in Economics, Jim prides himself on knowing not only the current real estate environment, but what truly is the most important investment you will ever make. With over 17 years of real estate experience, Jim has become an expert in the real estate environment. Jim prides himself on learning the most he can to better serve his clients and community. Sarah Thornton is Co-Owner of Impact Realty & CFO. She is better known as the “Numbers Queen!” Although tax planning, preparation and bookkeeping has been her focus for the past 15 years, real estate has always been in her blood. Sarah is a 3rd generation real estate professional and spent time as a mortgage underwriter with Provident Funding.
Sarah is a native-born and raised Hoosier from Indianapolis, IN, a Purdue alumnus, with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Counseling, but now calls Murfreesboro home.
Caffeine….only the Starbucks kind….keeps her on her toes! Sarah is a true rockstar with homeschooling her two awesome kids and will usually be found running kids between theater, music lessons, or performances. Sarah is a proud supportive military wife.
During down time, she enjoys snow skiing, gardening, hiking, and camping under stars!! Her attentive nature, detail-oriented master-mindedness, and true customer service state of mind makes her an amazing choice to assist in the purchase and/or sell of your next home.

Ken Banks has been a realtor since 2005, after years in Management in the corporate world. In addition to his Broker’s license, he holds numerous designations including CRS, ABR, RCS-D, CMRS, SRES, and CNHS.
Only 20% of realtors ever earn a Broker’s license, and 3% earn the highest honored CRS—Council of Real Estate Specialist.
Ken is a native of Mississippi, with a farming background, and has lived in several states. He knows what it is like to move-whether across town or across several states. He is also uniquely trained and qualified in helping divorcing clients, who may need to work through a difficult time in selling their home.
In Making an Impact, Ken currently serves in an elected position as a County Commissioner in Maury County. In addition to working to move Maury forward in County government, he also works with the Maury County Public Schools Transportation dept., helping contribute to the education of our youth.

In the summer of 2000 Meredith swore she wouldn’t go into real estate, 2 months later her very first buyer was moving into his new home. After 4 very successful years, God called her to hang up her license and start a grassroots nonprofit that empowered and equipped single mothers to find their God-given potential.
At the end of 2019, the nonprofit was merged with a local like minded organization which left Meredith contemplating what was next. Once again she swore it wasn’t going to be real estate.
Today she holds a license not only here in Tennessee but also in SW Florida. In 2020 she utilized the slower season to become e-PRO certified and a Pricing Strategy Advisor. Her continuing education also included classes on how to work with investors and investment properties.

Sherry has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Knoxville, Tennessee. Outside of real estate, you will find her walking her dog, Bubba, gardening and taking care of her 9 chickens.

Jennifer is a native Williamson County resident and has lived in quite a few of the cities within Williamson County. She has witnessed the continued growth of Williamson County, as it has become one of the most desirable locations in Tennessee. Jennifer graduated from Brentwood High School, attended Columbia State Community College, Belmont University, and Nashville School of Real Estate. In the past, she managed a family business for over 15 years, has an accounting background and has been in real estate since 2002. Jennifer and her husband, Kevin, have been married for 31 years and have 3 children, 2 granddaughters, a wonderful son in law, numerous critters and live in the country. After many years of working in the service industry, I decided it was time to put my skills of dealing with people to better use, take charge of my own career and become a Realtor®. This gave me control of my time and allowed my husband and I to grow our family. In 2018, our beautiful daughter, Anna, was born. What a blessing it was to help my in-laws buy a home right down the road from us as my first transaction so they could be more involved with our lives!
