Our Story

Impact’s founding members started this company for the sole purpose of “Making an Impact” on the lives of every person they meet. After a long history of being in brokerages that made promises with no follow up, it was time to create a company who walks the walk and talks the talk with regard to communication, training, coaching, and mentoring. We want to epitomize the “family feel good” environment. No agent with Impact Realty will ever feel like “a number” or a dollar sign. We have a STRONG desire to use this company as a tool to touch the lives of many through the real estate services that Impact provides.
